1General Provisions & Introduction to the Agreement

By accessing the 35bd1 platform or using its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 35bd1.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 35bd1 support immediately. 35bd1 reserves the right to investigate any irregularities on an account and take necessary action.

2.3 Updating Contact Information

If your registered email or mobile number changes, inform the support team as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to services.

3Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use services on 35bd1, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Breaching this age limit is considered a serious violation and the relevant account will be closed immediately.

• At any stage of registration, 35bd1 may request a government-issued ID for age verification.
• Failure to provide the required documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.
• If an underage account is discovered, all deposits and winnings associated with it will be considered void.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

As a new member at 35bd1, you can enjoy a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies once only, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 35bd1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

5Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 35bd1 are processed through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions are not possible through any method other than these four. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If the deposited amount does not appear in your account, notify support immediately with the transaction reference.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Processing time: Generally within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• When submitting a withdrawal request, the account must have sufficient withdrawable balance.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while a verification process is ongoing.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, 35bd1 may request additional verification.

5.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is the member's own responsibility to provide accurate payment details. 35bd1 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information. Any complaints regarding deposits or withdrawals must be reported within 72 hours.

6Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. The final authority to determine whether a bet is acceptable lies with 35bd1. Bets placed on odds or quotes displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Match & Event Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned, the associated bets are generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, specific rules applicable in special cases will be stated in the terms of that section.

6.3 Multiple Bets (Accumulator)

When combining multiple selections into a single bet, all selections must be correct. If any one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

6.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, live casino, and slot games available on 35bd1 are operated under fair rules. The software used to run the games is from established and reputable providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Using bots, automation tools, or any software to exploit the system.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game or betting system ("arbitrage" or "arbing").

• Creating an account with a false identity or misleading information.
• Attempting to damage the platform's technology, servers, or network.

35bd1 continuously monitors such activities and reserves the right to take legal action for any violation.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 35bd1

In the following circumstances, 35bd1 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide documents requested for verification within the specified time.
• Order from a court or administrative authority.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your own account at any time through the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any withdrawable balance before closure.

8.3 Forfeiture

If an account is closed due to prohibited activities or breach of terms, all deposits, bonuses, and winnings in that account may be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
